A warm welcome to San Paolo/Appiano, the largest wine-growing municipality in South Tyrol, which only a few kilometres separate it from Bolzano, the provincial capital. Here, on the southern slope of the Alps, amidst orchards and vineyards, every season has its charm: a slightly early spring, an intense but not torrid summer, a golden autumn in the enchantment of nature, and a snowy winter. The Leitnhof is a farm that produces fruit and wine: the ideal place for an original holiday. The Leitnhof has three different holiday flats for 2 to 4 people, ranging in size from 40 to 55 m², located on the ground floor on the south-west, south and east sides of the house, with direct access to the large garden, where you can relax in the midst of nature, among vines and palm trees or on the lawn. Each flat is fully furnished and equipped with linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. In addition, you will find an oven with extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, satellite TV, radio, WLAN, safe and hairdryer. Witnessing the work of fruit and wine growers, young and old learn interesting facts about growing apples and turning the grapes into our delicious wine. Of course, it is possible to taste all our farm products (fresh vegetables, herbs, sweet fruits, jams and home-made juices). During the summer, it is pleasant to end a beautiful day's holiday at the Leitnhof around a crackling fire, surrounded by a romantic Alpine backdrop: a homely atmosphere in which there is no shortage of advice for your next adventures. For us, friendliness is the main thing: very often, our guests turn into friends. Our farm offers adults and children the opportunity to explore nature and endless opportunities for those who prefer to relax: a nap in the hammock under the pergola has an extremely regenerating effect. For leisure time, we offer, for example, table tennis, table football, diving from the trampoline, darts and badminton, and we provide pedal tractors, tricycles and rollerskates for our little guests, for guaranteed success. And finally, the games room hides countless possibilities for fun, offering the essentials for DIY and drawing - always a pleasant surprise.
