At 560 meters above Bolzano, nestled among vineyards and apple orchards, the Pircher family has been running this wine-producing farmhouse for years. Klaus is your host: he shares stories about the trails, points out maps, knows the bus schedules by heart. Three apartments, all with views of the city and the Dolomites: Julian, 48 square meters; Tobias, 55; Bozen, the largest, 66. Every stay includes the Bozen Card, which grants unlimited access to public transport and more than 90 museums throughout South Tyrol.
There's a lockable bike storage area equipped with e-bike charging points, a pressure washer, and tools available for guests who need them, plus maps and hiking guides for the local trails. Merano, Bressanone, Val Venosta, and the Dolomites are all within 45 minutes by car or public transport. Bolzano is nearby, yet here you'll hear only the peaceful silence of the hillside.
