Please note: We primarily speak German and Italian. Castel Campan is located in the heart of South Tyrol, making it the perfect starting point to explore South Tyrol, Bressanone, the Dolomites, and to get to know the local culture and people.
Our holiday apartments are suitable for 2, 4, or 6 guests (with the option of an extra bed and baby cot). The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen, cookware, and all essentials. Upon request, we provide baby cots and highchairs. Throughout the year, we offer our guests seasonal products such as fresh fruit, vegetables, homemade jams, and fruit juices.
The historic manor is situated in a green valley area, about 3 km south of the old episcopal city of Bressanone, surrounded by apple orchards and farmland. Bressanone offers exceptional weather and a beautiful natural setting in every season. During winter, five ski resorts can be found within a 25 km radius, including Plose (7 km), Val Gardena (20 km), and Plan de Corones (about 20 km). Bressanone also boasts a wide cultural program and the largest indoor swimming pool in the region, complete with sauna and fitness center.
The historic city center of Bressanone can be reached in about 15 minutes via a flat cycling path (Munich–Venice route). Bicycles are available for rent directly at the property. The Dolomites, Val Gardena, Bolzano, and Innsbruck can all be reached within about one hour.
Just 200 m away there is a riding stable offering lessons and guided horseback rides.
Castel Campan is especially suited for families, as it is located away from traffic yet in the heart of the village. For our little guests, we offer a 90 m² playroom with table tennis, foosball, and a doll kitchen.
In the courtyard, you will find a barbecue area. Feel free to help yourself to fresh herbs from our garden and enjoy the unmistakable aroma of freshly picked rosemary or basil! Children can play in the sandpit or on other playground equipment.
