The structure comprises 5 new apartments: 3 'Giardino' units with private vegetable garden and covered terrace overlooking the apple trees, 2 'Bella Vista' units facing Merano and the surrounding mountains. Common areas include a swimming pool, a roof terrace and a breakfast room with large windows.

Ale and Tina work here, personally caring for hospitality and breakfast: the buffet is prepared every morning with products they cultivate directly on the farm. From its position on the Sonnenseite, the sunny south-facing slope, you can reach the hiking trails of the area. Nearby there are traditional restaurants and a pizzeria. The area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year.
