We are a 200-hectare organic agritourism in Guasticce, where we work every day to do things right. The farm is energy self-sufficient and carbon neutral: a wood chip boiler and a 50 kw photovoltaic system allow us to operate without burdening the environment. We have restored a farmhouse from the early 1800s and transformed it into ten comfortable apartments, each with a living room-kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. The furnishings are simple, in rustic style, as they should be in the countryside.
We produce cured meats, jams, and wine using traditional methods – all organic, all our own. At the table you will find ingredients from this land. We host families, groups, dinners with music. Schools come for educational workshops to learn how life works here. It is not a postcard-perfect location: it is a real place, where things make sense.
