I'm Monica and I'm 54 years old. I've lived in this corner of Tuscan countryside since birth. My grandfather purchased this property in 1970, and since then my entire family has worked here with passion and dedication. We are committed to ensuring our guests can spend their holidays here surrounded by nature and relax while enjoying our pool and well-equipped outdoor spaces where they can linger over lunch and dinner al fresco in the pleasant summer evenings accompanied by the song of crickets. Children can play in the park just as I did as a child. This is the right choice if you are looking for a simple environment, warm and family welcome! The ideal place to relax near famous historical towns as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and typical Tuscany villages as Volterra and San Gimignano; also near to the beach in Pisa and Etruscan shore (see section "To visit"): all of them reachable in less than 1 hour by car. We have 2 typical Tuscany great farmhouses built in the nineteenth century in the middle of green countryside with 6 independent houses. Each house has an equipped kitchen, garden or terrace with reserved table and chairs to eat outside and spend the pleasant summer nights. A great swimming pool, sun-chairs, umbrellas, tables, barbecue, ping pong, bagatelle table are available in the common area. The property is bounded, the entrance is across an automatic gate and it is allowed to only guests and owner Anny with her family; people can meet the family every time they need for information and help.
