Just 6km from the center of Lucca, surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the surrounding hills, we offer a villa with large enclosed garden and gate and private parking for holiday stays.
The villa can accommodate one or more families up to a maximum of 12 people. By the strategic location of the property (the area west of Lucca) you can easily reach over to the city of Lucca, the Versilian coast, Pisa, Florence or beautiful mountain trails of the Apuan Alps and Garfagnana.
The villa consists on the 1st floor of a large hall which is accessed by a stone staircase and a terrace with loggia, a really spacious living room with kitchenette, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and a large covered terrace, three spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom, tv, wifi internet and great views over vineyards and olive groves.
On the 2nd floor the attic consists of a large hall with a sofa double bed, a double room, a bathroom, a large lounge with fireplace, kitchen area with all comforts and sofas.

The owners live in an apartment on the ground floor with its own totally independent entrance. The family is very helpful and they will give you further informations.
In the garden under the shady branches of a large tree is also a romantic Gipsy Caravan for rent as provided for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

We will be happy to serve you a variety of local specialities including a wide choice of cheeses and salamis, home-grown fruit and vegetables as well as tarts, pies, and home-made bread.

Surroundings (Lucca)

Our villa is the ideal starting point for excursions in the Tuscan countryside, either on foot, on horseback or by bicycle (available for rent). We will be glad to organise bike excursions on request. Sites of interest include ancient churches, Renaissance villas and typical Tuscan farmhouses, where you can the taste local wines, home-pressed olive oil and other delicious food typical of the region
