The Restaurant offers excellent Tuscan cuisine made of local dishes prepared with genuine and high-quality products. Sublime cured meats, Tuscan beans, extra virgin olive oil, truffle from our woods. Cinta Senese pork and wonderful Chianina steaks cooked on the large grill by Paolo. Fresh pasta is made in-house and desserts, biscuits, jams and cakes are prepared by Cristina who takes care with skill and expertise of good cooking and guest satisfaction. The wine cellar is varied and rich with excellent wines including Nobile di Montepulciano. It is also possible to enjoy exquisite pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. Ideal for hosting CEREMONIES in a fairytale atmosphere, BUSINESS LUNCHES and CONFERENCES It is possible to organize cooking classes and tastings.
