Five hectares of olive grove on the San Vito hillside, a thousand olive trees: this is where the extra virgin olive oil comes from that graces our kitchen, along with vegetables grown right here on the farm. There are four rooms, all triple with private bathrooms, plus an apartment: Olivo, Girasole, Lavanda and Glicine are their names. The kitchen is equipped and modern, yet our recipes remain those timeless Tuscan traditions. Pistoia is just minutes away, on via Pieve a Celle. Dogs welcome, children too.
