In our kitchen, never missing the typical Tuscan dishes like ravioli with herbs, asparagus Gnudi, acquacotta, bean soup, rabbit with herbs, the lamb in white, and who loves the game: pappardelle rabbit, polenta with venison and wild boar. You can also enjoy new starters and inviting as the cocotte of red onions, savory sausage, mixed fried sage, the cheese and honey pie, leek and ham rolls and more... The pasta is handmade and you can also try the homemade bread. The breakfasts are always very rich desserts: apple pie, tart yogurt, cereal cake, chocolate cake, sweet breads with homemade jams. What we like most is that all these dishes we consume them all together in a 'one large table, talking about winter and summer in the heat of the fireplace out into the starlight.
