The Villa is in a hilly environment, immersed in the green of a natural park and olive grove of above eight acres. Thanks to it's central exposure, oriented towards South, it is possible to appreciate a 180 degrees panoramic view. It is easily reachable, with only 2 kilometres from the main road that connects Montecatini Terme to Pistoia, but also isolated in the peace of nature. Wi-Fi is free around all the structure. All the rooms are located on the first floor of our Villa, with panoramic view towards our private park, our swimming pool and the ancient castle of Serravalle. Each room represents the typical style of Tuscany, with beams and original stones observable, that lead us to the fascination and the atmosphere of other times. Each room is also stocked with bathroom, TV, a small fridge and air conditioning. There is the possibility of familiar rooms and also of a guesthouse, created from the old ba The Old ba guesthouse can be reached passing directly from the park of the Villa, with entrance from an exclusive residence. On the ground floor there is a living / dining room with a typical Tuscan fireplace, a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. On the first floor we have a double bedroom with another extra bed and a bathroom. The house has exclusive relevance even a beautiful panoramic terrace.
