Tuscan gastronomic tradition has among its fundamental ingredients a wealth of vegetables and legumes, fruits of the land and the passion of growers and farmers. Strong in this passion and tradition, we offer many alternative solutions for menus and tastings of vegetarian dishes. Appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts based on vegetables, legumes, fruits and cereals are frequent on our table and can be requested by our guests. It is with the good fruits of the earth, with taste and with genuine traditions that the foundations are laid for healthy and delicious eating.

The menu

You can have breakfast or dinner in our small restaurant, we are always open. The 'Osteria Corboli’ will warmly welcome you with intense aromas and flavours all year round, from our seasonally changing menu. However, we always serve potato ravioli and cinta Senese DOP. Our guests are always welcome to join us at the dinner table.

Our menu changes seasonally, so at the moment we offer a winter menu at reasonable cost (at least 6 people)

We serve Carmignano wine and mineral water.
