The Umbrian cuisine has preserved, possibly due to the morphology of the region, features that show to the Middle Ages or even pre-Roman and Roman period. These peculiarities are found for example in cooking the meat, still cooked on the spit or grilled, as they did in medieval times. In our whole farm is prepared exclusively home-made: from homemade bread baked in the oven wood, with the first, the meat, to end with a tasty pizza. To prepare request also vegetarian and gluten.
