Maridiana offers 2 beautiful stone houses, Il Casale and Casa Archi Farmhouses, both beautifully restored for an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful green of the Umbrian Upper Tiber Valley: art, food and wine, arts and crafts, nature and more... we have the alpacas! Overlooking the beautiful Niccone Valley, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, not far from Assisi and Perugia, our Vacation Rentals are the perfect choice for lovers of nature and eco-tourism, cultural, and religious tours, ideal for riders, hikers, bikers and families with children, as well as fans of engastronomia and art trails. Into a farm of 30 acres, the two large stone houses rented by Maridiana can comfortably accommodate 5 /6 people each, for a total of 12 people. The houses have entrance, garden and private parking, with full respect for the privacy of our guests, but being adjacent they are a great solution for groups and big families. Both houses are furnished in a rustic style and equipped with every comfort: linen and tools, washing machine and dishwasher, parking and Wi -Fi, a private garden and a private terrace on the valley, barbecue, garden products, greenways internal and external to the property, a children's playground and an original attraction... the Alpacas! In our structure the staff speaks fluent English, good French and German; if necessary we can provide for speaking tour guide. Because of our choice in lifestyle, we are not provided with swimming pool, but as Alpaca's breeding, we allow our guests and their children to play freely with these peaceful, clean and cute animals, to participate in the work of breeding, feed them and take them to the halter. All in safety! Around the farm there are well-marked trails for hiking and horseback riding in different lengths and difficulty, enjoying beautiful views.

Casa Archi (2 doubles, 1 small bedroom): is a two-storey building, adjacent to the Berna family house, but totally independent. You enter through the large kitchen located on the ground floor, from where you pass into the dining room and the spacious living room. The glass door of the dining room opens onto the garden, where it is possible to eat, enjoying the splendid view. Behind the kitchen there is a room with two single beds, which can be joined together. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms: the first furnished with a double bed has its own spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second has two single beds, which can be joined together, upon request. Also from the corridor you enter a second spacious bathroom with shower. The Farmhouse (2 doubles): ground floor is composed of a living room connected to the dining room by an arch; from the dining room you enter the spacious kitchen. On the upper floor there are two bright spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
