In the heart of the Colli Euganei, at Zovon, Agriturismo De Bortoli offers genuine cuisine that tells the story of the territory. The table is rich with wild meats: from roe deer carpaccio to local greens, from duck to roasted milk-fed wild boar, to tender milk-fed wild boar roasted in the oven. Pumpkin gnocchi and goose ravioli complete an offering that celebrates the flavors of tradition.

The dishes are accompanied by house wine and the farm's olive oil, which guests describe as superlative. The in-house pastry shop prepares fresh desserts, served exclusively at the agriturismo.
