The restaurant at Farm-house De Bortoli

In the heart of the Colli Euganei, at Zovon, Agriturismo De Bortoli offers genuine cuisine that tells the story of the territory. The table is rich with wild meats: from roe deer carpaccio to local greens, from duck to roasted milk-fed wild boar, to tender milk-fed wild boar roasted in the oven. Pumpkin gnocchi and goose ravioli complete an offering that celebrates the flavors of tradition.
