The menu at Capeeto is fixed: a trio of appetizers featuring eggplant caponata, farmer's salad and seasonal vegetable flan, followed by a first course choice between pasticcio with farmyard ragù, fresh egg pasta with ricotta and lemon or vegetable crespelle. For the main course, meatballs in sauce with polenta, rabbit roulade or gratinéed chicken with lemon. Desserts arrive all together on a tasting board. We cook on Thursday and Friday evenings, Saturday lunch as well, Sunday lunch only. On Thursday and Friday, from 6:30 PM, aperitivo outdoors among the company's fields.
