The accomodation is located in S. Elena, a lovely and green island in the Biennale area, at just twenty minutes walking from St. Mark square. Only five minutes, by boat from the near boat-stop (both Giardini-Biennale and S.Elena).The accommodation, including two elegant and luxurious double rooms with private bathroom. One room is more like to a flat since it has a kitchen use (SELF-CATERING). Both the rooms are very confortable and elegant, with silk finished wall and wooden beams ceiling, with ceiling-fan. Safe is provided. Bath-room with shower.There is a good size color TV (one room has also dvd) and internet plug connection (normally not included in the price).Thanks to a fridge, elettric-kettle, is possible to have breakfast in the room (Italian breakfast).In the near-close bar “Paradiso” , in front of Biennale-Giardini boat-stop, for just 2,50 Euros per person, is served a tipical Italian breakfast (WWW.inparadiso.net). Good price for lunch and dinner (in summer time).Fish speciality.The prices are more expencive during International movie festivals and Biennale art vernissages.Arriving both by train or by car you have to take the boat number 41-51 or 61( this one only from P.zzale Roma, bus-station) Lido direction and stopping both in Giardini-Biennale, or S. Elena. It takes about 20/30 minutes.From Airport:Alilaguna-boat straight to lido(45min., about);in Lido change for S.Elena ( and stop in S.Elena).

1) pretty nice flat ,very good for little family thank's to the close playground, for maximum three people (some time four), with kitchenette SELF-CATERING- sitting room with one confortable one place sofa-bed, a double sleeping room (with separable beds), a nice and new bathroom (Wc-bidet-sink-one big and confortable shower).There is a good size color TV and internet plug connection. 2) very nice double-room, with self bath-room, for two persons,with a snack-corner for small break-fast (Italian brek-fast) , kattle (hot water for caffe and thea) fridge (having not use of the kithchen). TV,dvd, and internet plague connection .We are conventioned for special Italian breakfast , for specia price, with the close bar “Paradiso” at Biennale, in front of Biennale-Giardini boat-stop. In front also at the Biennale exposiction gate.-Prices become more expencive for International mooving festival time (betwine Aug. 28th till Sept.10th, about) and Christhmans and New year ev,

1)In the studio-flat You can havve a kettle, a eletric mocca,a microwave and fridge. The eventually use of kitchen 24 heures (gas grill) is on require and will costs 25 Euros/per day, to pay in advance.2)In the double room with privately bathroom, there is an eletric coffe machine and kattle,fridge,food (no service room).
