TV.We are conventioned for special Italian breakfast , for specia price, with the close bar “Vincent” at Biennale, Vincent bar (internet free WIFI).Prices become more expencive for International mooving festival time or special events.

The accomodation is located in S. Elena, a lovely and green island in the Biennale area, at just twenty minutes walking from St. Mark square. Only five minutes, by boat from the near boat-stop (both Giardini-Biennale and S.Elena).The accommodation, including two elegant and luxurious double rooms with private bathroom. One room is more like to a flat since it has a kitchen use (SELF-CATERING). Both the rooms are very confortable and elegant, with silk finished wall and wooden beams ceiling, with ceiling-fan. Safe is provided. Bath-room with shower.There is a good size color TV (one room has also dvd) and internet plug connection (normally not included in the price).Thanks to a fridge, elettric-kettle, is possible to have breakfast in the room (Italian breakfast).In the near-close bar “Paradiso” , in front of Biennale-Giardini boat-stop, for just 2,50 Euros per person, is served a tipical Italian breakfast (WWW.inparadiso.net). Good price for lunch and dinner (in summer time).Fish speciality.The prices are more expencive during International movie festivals and Biennale art vernissages.Arriving both by train or by car you have to take the boat number 41-51 or 61( this one only from P.zzale Roma, bus-station) Lido direction and stopping both in Giardini-Biennale, or S. Elena. It takes about 20/30 minutes.From Airport:Alilaguna-boat straight to lido(45min., about);in Lido change for S.Elena ( and stop in S.Elena).
