Description Villa Selvatico
Villa Selvatico is a 16th-century Venetian villa, surrounded by a centuries-old three-hectare park, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday immersed in nature. From the villa, all of the Veneto region's tourist destinations are within easy reach: Padua (12 km), Venice (25 km), Vicenza, and Treviso. Accommodation is provided in five independent apartments of varying sizes and a double bedroom with bathroom. The apartments can accommodate 2 to 8 people and are equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, heating, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. The villa is surrounded by a large park featuring a beautiful swimming pool. Guests also have access to ping pong, bicycles, a grill area, and tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Just outside the farmhouse is a cycle path suitable for cycling, running, Nordic walking, or simply a leisurely stroll. One kilometer away is a small village with grocery stores, a pastry shop, an ice cream parlor, and an excellent restaurant. Tourist information about the region is available at reception. This property is suitable for family vacations, groups of friends, or business trips. A multipurpose room of approximately 80 square meters is available, suitable for meetings, small events, conferences, cultural events, and corporate team building sessions.

Villa Selvatico is located a few kilometers from Padova and the Villas of the Brenta Riviera, in a central area of the Veneto Region. This is an excellent base for visiting all the tourist attractions of the Veneto. The cities of Veneto, Venice, Vicenza, Verona and Treviso, are in fact all day trip, as well as the smaller but no less beautiful Bassano, Asolo, Castelfranco Veneto. The main seaside resorts in the region, Lake Garda and the most beautiful places in the Dolomites also easily reached from here.

Persone che gestiscono l'agriturismo disponibili e molto gentili. Qualsiasi richiesta evasa in tempi rapidi. Gli alloggi fuori dal comune, spazi ampi e ben distribuiti. Ampio spazio verde circostante. Consigliatissimo per vacanze distensive e tranquille.

We, a Swiss family, stayed four days at the comforable, spacious, luxurious Le Magnolie apartement. Villa Selvatico with its beautiful garden und is a lovely place to relax and to escape the stressful everyday life. It's a convenient starting point for day trips to venice and the near surroundings. Since it was the perfect choice for us, I can highly recommend Villa Selvatico.

Abbiamo approfittato del ponte del 25 aprile per un lonk weekend in famiglia.
Siamo stati nel fogher. Appartamento ampio e con un arredamento che fa sentire a casa.
La villa è affascinante. Lo spazio intorno, prato e pineta è ampissimo. I bambini hanno giocato fuori tutto il tempo.
Abbiamo trovato estrema disponibilità ed accoglienza.
La posizione è strategica. Abbiamo visitato Venezia, Vicenza e ovviamente Padova.
La notte si dorme in un silenzio che a Roma si è perso.
