Description Farm-house Poggio Agli Ulivi

Tamara berluti and her family welcome you in their house in the middle of marche countryside, surrounded by secular olive trees. The country house, closed to ancona, to conero riviera, to offagna medieval village and to many historical towns such as recanati, osimo, loreto, castelfidardo, jesi, is the best place to spend unforgettable weekends, surrounded by amazing nature, culture and history. Poggio agli ulivi welcomes you in its brand new and striking rooms: 6 on the first floor of the farmhouse, with ensuite bathroom and loft, and the other 2 on the ground floor fully equipped with facilities for handicapped persons. The agrotourism offers bed and breakfast as well as half board accommodation. We serve a traditionally rich buffet breakfast with in-house homemade cakes, pastries and jams. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in full open air thanks to our verandas and gazebos. Excellent wine is available for tasting such as the rosso conero doc

The list of in-house available activities include swimming, horse-riding (available locally), trekking and mountain-biking. On a gloriously sunbathed day, children can have fun in our small kids playground.

Description rooms

The rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan positioned above the bed and they are air conditioned (extra charge per day). Each room has its own peculiarity, characterized by the colour of the flower that names them. Moreover, 6 rooms are equipped with an amazing loft: Girasole, Viola, Calla, Lavanda, Rosa e Ginestra. The other two rooms, on ground floor, are equipped with facilities for handicapped persons: Papavero e Margherita.

The agrotourism offers the catering, bed and breakfast and half board.
We serve a traditionally rich buffet breakfast, prepared with skill by Daniele, with in-house homemade cakes, pastries and jams.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in full open air thanks to our verandas and gazebos.

Excellent wine is available for tasting such as the Rosso Conero DOC "Kronos" and the Esino Bianco DOC "S. Ciriaco" produced from grapes grown in our vineyards (across 48 hectares of land) by the Berluti family's (www.berlutivini.it). All our products are organically grown such as olive oil, jams and all our domestic production: vegetables, breeding of wild animals, poultry, pigs and sheep.

Surroundings

The area is plenty of historical and natural beauties. Sea (Km 15): Conero Riviera, Portonovo and its bay, Numana (archaeological museum), Sirolo, Conero mountain, for relaxing, trekking and mountain biking lovers. Ancona (Km 15): The old town, S. Ciriaco cathedral, Teatro delle Muse, the Mole Vanvitelliana, Cardeto park, the old jewish cemetery, the Archaeological museum e Omero museum. Offagna (Km 10): Offagna's medieval village. Loreto (Km 15): The Sanctuary (S.Casa basilica). Recanati (Km 20): Giacomo Leopardi (museum) and Beniamino Gigli (museum) hometown. San Vittore di Genga (Km 50): Frasassi cave. Fabriano (Km 60): Paper museum, Civic gallery. Urbino (Km 70): Palazzo Ducale, Raffaello's house, The Dome. Gradara (Km 60): The ancient Roccaforte Malatestiana. San Leo (Km90): San Leo castle.

La mezza pensione è garantita tutti i giorni solo in Luglio e Agosto. Nei restanti periodi verrà valutata al momento. A disposizione degli ospiti abbiamo allestito un piccolo spazio ad uso in comune con frigorifero, forno microonde e lavandino per biancheria.

Couple (8/2009) Ottima vacanza Grazie per il bel periodo trascorso in questa splendida località. La disponibilità, l'accoglienza, il buon gusto, l'ottima cucina fanno si che la struttura sarà da noi ampiamente pubblicizzata. Non si esclude un ritorno con altre persone.

Couple (7/2010) grazie Grazie alla signora Tamara, a suo marito, ai suoi genitori che hanno fatto si' che la nostra settimana di ferie fosse molto bella, in un ambiente splendido e molto rilassante dove, cosa non secondaria, si mangia e si beve benissimo, grazie, vedremo di farvi visita ancora, ne varra' sicuramente la pena.

Couple (7/2010) consigliatissimo Ottimo agriturismo sotto ogni punto di vista, gentilezza del personale, ottimo ristorante, bella piscina e buonissima posizione da dove si puo' girare in tranquillita' toccando sia il mare, vicinissimo, che le colline tutte attorno con stupendi paesini e paesaggi da non perdere assolutamente.

Una bella struttura in un ottima posizione vicino a molti punti di interesse ti permettono di trascorrere giornate nate in belle spiaggie o visitare i numerosi paesi della colline marchigiane.
