The AIRONE Country House is the latest restoration of a Marches-region farm-house which dates back centuries. Besides our own home, it consists of 3 rooms each with bathroom, a small independent apartment with bathroom and kitchen area suitable also for the disabled, a fully-equipped restaurant and kitchen and outdoor spaces with a swimming pool, grill, lawns and play area. The house has been refurbished in an eco-friendly way. The three rooms and one apartment, each decorated in an original and different way, are designed according to the theories of Feng Shui and contain every possible convenience, including bathroom with shower cabin, independent heating/cooling system, fridge, electronic safe and satellite television. The house is certified with the eco-labels EU-Ecolabel, EcoWorldHotel and Slow Food.

The Airone House is composed of 1 apartment of 49 square meters and an apartment of 32 square meters. Bed and bath linens and towels for the pool are provided. Use of the wood-burning oven and barbecue is permitted. The park with the swimming pool, its relaxation areas and children's games are for the exclusive use of guests. In the months of July and August it is rented for one week from Saturday to Saturday. In the months of May, June and September it is rented for a minimum of 4 nights.
The Country house is situated at the foot of Monte della Crescia near the town of Osimo, the centre of which is only seven kilometres away, and has splendid 360° views ranging from the surrounding countryside and hills to the Sibillini mountains and Gran Sasso, and further north Montefeltro. Osimo, a town of ancient and noble origins, is well worth visiting; an interesting “bi-polar” town which spreads over two hills but also conceals a mysterious underground labyrinth of over nine kilometres, part of which can be visited. We are located at the edge of the so-called “land of the castles” or fortified hill towns, which include Agugliano, Offagna, Camerata Picena, Polverigi and SantaMaria Nuova, medieval centres rich in history, art and local festivals, and all between 5 and 15 kilometres away.
