A peaceful and quiet oasis nestled in a 5-hectare park that includes ancient olive groves and a vineyard. Here one can enjoy a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and interact with the various animals that populate the park and the courtyard. An orchard and a vegetable garden cultivated without pesticides and herbicides offer excellent seasonal fruits and vegetables. A rose garden allows us to enjoy beautiful flowers in the flowering season. Five generations have tended this park over time in order to achieve a healthy, well-kept and lush land. The structure offers every comfort while remaining in line with a refined country style. The flats are complete, all have kitchens for exclusive use and outdoor porches to fully enjoy the surrounding nature even when relaxing. The centre of the upper town is within walking distance from the structure, where you can stock up on food and other services. The farm is 7 minutes by car from the motorway exit. The sea is 5-10 minutes away by car and can also be reached on foot via the cycle path 300 metres from the facility. The Monte Conero Park with the typical villages of Sirolo and Numana are 30 minutes away by car, 45 minutes via the motorway we reach Lake Fiastra, an hour and thirty minutes away we find the Frasassi Caves and other reserves where you can enjoy beautiful nature excursions. At 30 minutes we have Macerata, with its historic Sferisterio where the opera season is held every year. Also 30 minutes away is the majestic Loreto and the historic Recanati, home of the poet Giacomo Leopardi, full of stories and curiosities about the poet. The area's culinary tradition offers many typical dishes that satisfy all palates.
