The agriturismo offers 17 rooms and apartments (all energy class A), fully soundproofed with double, twin, twin for single use and triple options available. With maximum attention to detail, the accommodation features natural materials such as wood, terracotta paving and high quality fabrics to create a cosy setting with a traditional rural vibe. You’ll find a wealth of home comforts, from well-equipped kitchens to memory foam mattresses, three types of pillow, 43” smart TVs, espresso machines, kettles, safes, hairdryers, private enclosed parking with CCTV, Wi-Fi and adjustable temperature air conditioning. Outside you’ll find a swimming pool with whirlpool, a children’s play area, a fitness zone with gym equipment and a dog agility area. The complex also offers two meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology, the “Chardonnay” room for up to 30 people and the “Rosso Conero” room with a capacity of 108. Next to the breakfast room you’ll find the Farm Shop, selling typical produce from the farm itself, such as wine, honey, legumes, spelt and oil, as well as a Wine Cellar. You can enjoy guided tours of the wine cellar and farm, and guests also receive a glass of fine wine on arrival.
