Description Farm-house Casale La Collina

La Collina is a nineteenth century stone cottage between the suggestive hills of the countryside near Pisa where rural traditions are still intact. The nature trails and views make unique and unforgettable the moments of your holiday. We recently decided to renovate the estate with the specific will to leave intact the architectural details that show its ancient origin, such as exposed beams, large fireplace, terracotta floors . Also with the attention to detail in style for furnishing and comfort so important to our guests spend pleasant hours relaxing. The outdoor areas consist of the gardens and swimming pool invite you to idleness. We also think about those who want to play and enjoy bowls, for example, or with billiards or ping-pong. For who wishes to spent a holiday with the beauty and health care, only in 5 minutes driving you will reach the Casciana Spa with a wellness center. The four apartments are of various sizes, all are very cosy and with attention to detail: * Leonardo: apartment with panoramic terrace (7 beds) * Raphael: two-room apartment with side entrance (4 beds) * Michelangelo: two-room apartment with a swimmingpool side entrance (4 beds) * Botticelli: studio apartment with panoramic view (2 beds). Kitchens are equipped with fridge-freezer, oven and a cooker. The bathrooms are comfortable, bright and with attention to detail all are equipped with the shower. Gardens for your privacy, every garden is circumscribed by a hedge. In the garden are present table and chairs and enriched with a gazebo or sun umbrella, rocking chair and grill. Each apartment is equipped with heating, satellite TV, any cot-cradle (on request) and area-parking covered.

Breakfast

At the arrival our guests there is a rich Italian breakfast with butter, jam, honey, chocolate, biscuits, briosches, milk, coffee, thè (minimum 1 day stay). For minimum stay of one week, at the arrival our guests are greeted with a welcome with a bottle of wine (household production) and FREE PIZZA (made by the owners every Saturday with oven). All without any additional cost.

From Florence take the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno highway with direction to Livorno, take the second exit Pontedera, go to Ponsacco Casciana Terme and for approximately 5 km go in te Casciata Terme direc-
