The property called “Col di Pavone” comprises 5 apartments equipped as a holiday home within an old, 16th century farmhouse with surrounding annexes and a private pool. Each apartment is completely independent and autonomous, and has two exclusive parking spaces in a private car park. The entire property is surrounded by a fence. The architectural style is typical of Umbro-Tuscan farmhouses. The accommodation is in fact built along the banks of a small stream that forms the geographical border between Umbria and Tuscany. The group of apartments is situated in the hills at an altitude of c. 400 m, in a natural setting of meadows and woods, and about 400 m from the historical centre of the small medieval village of Lippiano.
