This 18th-century villa is located in Cugnoli, 25 kilometers from the Adriatic beaches. Following a careful restoration that preserved its original structure, it has been expanded through the recovery of old buildings: today it welcomes guests in rooms and independent apartments scattered like a small village among the olive groves. The walls display period paintings and works from the 19th century, the bathrooms feature hand-painted Vietri ceramics, and the surrounding lawn is spacious and equipped for children.
Stefania manages the farm with the same dedication her grandmother Maria Donata once held for this place. The kitchen offers traditional Abruzzese dishes: ingredients come from the farm's 6 hectares of organic land, where 1,300 olive trees grow. In summer, guests can enjoy the swimming pool with solarium. Visitors also find table tennis, foosball, and a reading area. The farm animals—donkeys, a pony, young goats, rabbits, and chickens—are available for visits. Dogs are welcome.
