The Caniloro farm represents one of the last testimonies of the peasant culture of the Frentana area. Everything that is offered to guests is produced on the farm. It is a true craftsmanship of taste, where behind every product there is a story made of traditions, customs and humble work. The cordiality, the family warmth, the rural environment and the contact with nature stimulate the memory of the guests, bringing it back to grandmother's flavors, offering exclusively typical local dishes. Guests, from the very first breakfast, based on typical sweets, honey and freshly milked milk, will be involved in the revival of the flavors and aromas of products made according to consolidated techniques linked to tradition. Furthermore, guests are offered the possibility of participating in the farm's activities (grape harvest, olive picking, animal care, etc.). The driving force of the farm is the farmhouse, which supplies the pantry with all the products needed by the local kitchen; in it a true craftsmanship of taste is practiced, where behind every product there is a story made of tradition, custom and humble work that stimulates the memory of the guests, bringing it back to grandmother's flavors.
