The farm has been handed down over time from father to son for three generations. The founders of the family, who were sharecroppers, slowly managed, with great sacrifice, to acquire the first small patches of fertile land, cultivate pastures for their working livestock, cereals, industrial plants such as sugar beet and hemp, winter cereals, maize and vegetables thanks to the location and the water resources on some of the land; later on, priority was given to the cultivation of vines in association with olive trees and, marginally, fruit. Our guests can spend the night in a building typical of 1950s rural architecture, immersed in greenery and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in a quiet, sunny location, and enjoy pleasant walks, Nordic Walking or cycling to rediscover the quietness of the countryside, the sounds and scents of nature. "Le mignole" offers its guests a cuisine based on the use of organic products, giving the dishes prepared a taste and flavour that brings back memories of the flavours of ancient local tradition. We have double and triple rooms all with air conditioning, TV and bathroom, and an attic room ideal for two families. The overnight stay includes a rich and varied breakfast with typical homemade cakes, jams and fresh fruit in season. We also have an equipped camper van area with the possibility of using the barbecue.
