The farm is located in the northern part of Abruzzo, along the Vomano river valley and surrounding hills, in the municipalities of Cellino Attanasio, Atri, Pineto and Roseto. It covers about 680 hectares, of which about 170 are cultivated with vineyards, orchards and wood plants, and about 500 are used for livestock and industrial production. The idea of agritourism arose from the need to enhance the territory and the rural realities already present within the farm. To this end, it was decided to renovate some old farm buildings, trying to keep their original style intact. The first of these buildings, located close to the vineyards, consists of six independent mini-apartments equipped with kitchenettes and comfortable bathrooms. The farm is located in the hills of Scerne di Pineto, a small town on the Adriatic coast. The flats are located in the centre of the farm amidst vineyards and olive groves, far from the noise of the city, and in a privileged and panoramic position from which it is possible to admire both the colours of the sea and the peak of Gran Sasso d'Italia (Mt. 2,916). The local beach, pebbly and wild, is located a few hundred metres away from the accommodation and can be easily reached by car or bicycle. Lovers of sandy, well-equipped beaches can instead walk the approximately 4 or 5 km that separate the farm from the towns of Roseto degli Abruzzi or Pineto, either north or south of the accommodation, where it is possible to find wide sandy shores equipped with all bathing amenities.
