The Oasi Masseria Sant'Elia agriturismo is located in the Valle del Miscano, a stretch of land between Sannio and Irpina where mankind left the first traces more than 8,000 years ago. We are on the historic transhumance routes and paths of wanderers and pilgrims along the Rome – Benevento Gargano S. M. Leuca route toward the Orient, in a typically rural setting that the agriturismo enhances and joyfully shares with its guests. The area is ideal and perfect for spending a weekend between tranquility and slow-mobility movement through walking, mountain biking and trekking, as well as other proximity tourism activities, experiential and gastronomic experiences of rural cuisine. It is the owners themselves who have designed and marked out various routes through the countryside, among ancient farmhouses with rural architecture, along the transhumance route and via Francigena-Micaelica in the south. We offer hospitality with accommodation, lodging and refreshment along the via Francigena Micaelica and Tratturo Reg.

The farm-house "Sant'Elia" is located in the hinterland of Campania, in the verdant hills of the "Miscano Valley", in a pristine environment rich of plants and animals, typical of SoutheApennines. Of particular interest is the dining room, on the ground floor, with rock and stone walls which give the whole environment a suggestive character. We have spacious rooms (with 2, 3, 4 and 5 beds) furnished with private bathroom, tv, and Internet connection.

Sports Farm - Trekking stopover point 'Via Tratturo', recreational and cultural outdoor activities. We organize guided excursions, trips and cultural trekking on foot through nature, along the Tratturo Regio Pescasseroli-Candela - Val Miscano Tratturale Park (SiC), and its branches, tratturelli and transhumance diversions. Ancient Samnite routes, Necropolises, the ancient Appian-Trajanic Way (or Via Francigena), spiritual and cultural historic route of the most traveled pathways for passage to the Holy Land and the San Michele cave sanctuary on Mount Gargano), the San Pio trail to Pietrelcina, the tratturello of the salt road or harvesters' path (ending in Manfredonia), the hay road. Transfer service, cartography, various itineraries, advice and assistance, local box for mountain bike storage. The trekking stopover provides qualified assistance to all outdoor sports enthusiasts. We are affiliated with UISP and FIAB cycling association.
