Not far away from the Amalfi Coast and the Cilento, in a land rich in beauty, culture and archeology, the baronial family Negri has, in Gaiano of Fisciano (Salerno), an ancient farmhouse, near the eighteenth-century home, "The Court ", surrounded by the green park dell 'Irno. Monica, the only daughter of Baron Antonio Negri, wanted to transform the holiday home in a charming organic farm, in memory of his father and to allow all guests to enjoy the enchantment, the quiet, the ancient tastes and scents of this green corner of paradise, which reminds her childhood summer holidays.
The ancient forests of hazelnuts, chestnuts and walnuts, with the old vineyard, create immense greenery around the farmhouse, which offers an familiar hospitality, traditional regional cuisine, the comfortable simplicity of the rooms, the cool of the pool, the relaxation of a walk in the garden or a caress of the beloved animals.
All around, the hills and mountains (Mount St. Michael, m. 1600) hiking (quiet or challenging), natural parks (The Frassineto), horse trekking and mountain biking, wine tasting tours of excellence (mozzarella, olive oil, wine, ice cream, or if you prefer, our “custom”cooking classes), archaeological sites like Pompeii and Paestum, boat excursions to Positano and Amalfi, jazz Festival (Salerno) and international music (Ravello).
All our rooms are finely furnished, have all comforts and have a splendid view allowing you to enjoy your stay in maximum relax in the nature.
The recreative room named " Pannatone " has got some particular and suggestive atmosphere from the furnishing to our fire-side!
From the hospitality of our staff to the homely delights at breakfast, you will be able to taste exclusive menus until dinner that will cheer your senses between smells and spring scents. With opened spaces for the entertainment of your children, their funny will be your relax!
The swimming- and the whirl-pool in the garden, reserved for the resident guests, bring cooling relief in the warmest hours of the day and create in the evening a particularly suggestive atmosphere.
In the same area is situated a nice refreshment-corner for a cocktail or an aperitif.
Our meals derive from the tradition of our surroundings and our families.
Most of our products come from our cultivations and the receipts of our dishes are all typical of the Campania.
The Vegetable-Lasagne, the Ricotta - Ravioli, the pork bred in our farm and the wild boar from the hunt, prepared with aromatic herbes and served with many tasteful vegetables, are all fix items in our menu which is enriched by our already named and famous hazelnut-bakery.
