The country house "I Tre Tigli" is located in the municipality of Rutino, a small village situated in the gentle hills of Cilento. Charming, immersed in the green of nature. A place where one can rediscover tranquility and escape from the chaotic life of the city. A suggestive panorama offering views of the numerous valleys of Cilento. Here the singing of birds dominates and offers a sweet awakening. I Tre Tigli, with its layout over two floors, has five rooms with bathrooms, two dining rooms where you can taste typical Cilento cuisine, and a relaxation room where you can spend pleasant hours in complete peace… The rooms: Azzurra: Azzurro derives from the Persian "لاژورد". This color is a symbol of communication through creativity. An emblem of loyalty and spiritualism. This room, in fact, conveys a sense of quiet, aiding meditation and extroversion. It also stimulates sleep. Those who love light blue tend to have a harmonious attitude towards the environment and the people around them. Lilla: Lilla derives from the French lilas which, in turn, derives from the Arabic lilak and the Persian nilik, from nil, meaning indigo. It represents a sincere and disinterested love, even if directed simply towards friends. The color lilac also brings salvation, kindness, perfection, holiness, devotion, humility and solitude. Rosa: From the Greek Rodon and the Latin Rosa, both derive from the name of the queen of flowers, "Rosa". The color pink is a symbol of the ability to give and receive love, conferring passion and vitality in love for others and for oneself. The main characteristic of this color is that of freeing the mind and driving away negative thoughts. Those who love the color pink are people who prefer muffled and spiritual environments and wish to be in the company of people who express tenderness, so this is the room for you. Turchese: The color turquoise derives from the French turqueise, Turkish stone. This color offers a sense of tranquility and is particularly useful against anxiety, promoting sleep when disturbed or discontinuous. Verde: The word green derives from the popular Latin vìrdem, itself derived from vĭridis meaning "alive", "lively". The color green symbolizes constancy and superior knowledge. This color emanates a sense of balance, compassion and harmony; it conveys love for everything pertaining to the natural kingdom. Green helps to combat insomnia, promoting a sense of relaxation. Those who prefer green tend to exalt themselves, feeling superior to others. Cilento The land of Parmenides, the land of Zeno, the land of light and profound philosophy, the land tied to the myth of Poseidonia, to the greatness of the Eleatic school, to the piercing lucidity of Giambattista Vico, the land of castles, water mills and shady forests. Cilento stretches westward into the Tyrrhenian Sea with a high and rugged coastline, between the Gulf of Salerno and the Gulf of Policastro. To the east lies the deep depression known as the Vallo di Diano, traversed by the river Tanagro. Since 1991 the region has established the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano. The cuisine of the country house I Tre Tigli is based on ancient recipes from Rutino using typical local products, grown and raised by the farm itself; wines of their own production are also served alongside DOC wines from important wine producers present in our small hilltop village. Our products In our country house you will find only typical products of our territory and exclusively seasonal ones. All our dishes are prepared according to the canons of the "Mediterranean diet" typical of Cilento. Everything we bring to the table comes from our genuine land, guaranteeing cultivation without the use of any chemical products or substances harmful to you. Our plants are nourished with strictly natural fertilizers of organic origin. Chickens and hens are raised organically and fed with natural feed, such as cereals. We grow vegetables (tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, aubergines…) and fruit of various kinds (apples, pears, peaches, oranges…), from which we also make delicious jams. You can also taste an excellent wine coming directly from our small vineyard. Activities and places Thanks to its position, immersed in greenery and countryside, it is ideal for those seeking contact with nature; guided tours by bicycle, on foot and on horseback are the perfect way to reach and admire, within a few kilometers, the wonderful artistic and naturalistic beauties of the Cilento Park. For example: the Castle of Rocca Cilento, the Convent of San Francesco, the Convent of the Madonna del Carmelo, Lake Alento, the archaeological excavations of Paestum and Velia, the Palazzo Vargas where the philosopher Giambattista Vico lived for a long time, giving particular prominence throughout Cilento.
