Our cuisine is characterized mainly by traditional dishes with local products. Tradition, innovation, passion and authenticity make our cuisine, though simple, extraordinarily good. Cilento is a land rich in biodiversity and therefore rich in typical products. For peasant civilization, legumes are some of the land products most used in our culinary tradition. One of our kitchen proposals and much appreciated is the dish "lagane e ceci" prepared with homemade pasta, with the addition of cherry tomatoes and chili pepper, and naturally our exceptional extra virgin olive oil. This dish, by us is also proposed revisited with the addition of other ingredients, such as porcini mushrooms, or a land and sea version with mussels and clams that make it even richer and tastier. Another typical dish of the place and much appreciated are our "melenzane imbuttunate". Other dishes with homemade pasta (but not only) such as cavatelli, fusilli, lasagna and tagliatelle dressed with meat or vegetable ragù, or mixed with both meat and vegetables. And also pasta filled with buffalo ricotta. Spaghetti della casa with oil, chili pepper, black olives, anchovies and cherry tomatoes. Vegetables and produce according to seasonality are always present in our kitchen, prepared both as side dishes and as main courses. Naturally there will be meat dishes, carefully selected to be prepared either grilled or with excellent stews. Depending on availability, you can find local cheeses and cured meats. By reservation, fish dishes can be prepared, depending on availability and the availability of fresh products. Fixed menu to be agreed in advance for particular needs. With the exception of Easter lunch and Easter Monday, usually only dinner is provided.
