A peaceful corner where you can rediscover time in nature and the pleasure of authentic Modenese Apennine cuisine. This is the Ca' Rastelli farmhouse. A farmhouse set in the rock, located in the ancient village of Pieve di Trebbo, in the heart of the Sassi di Rocca Malatina Regional Park, a stone's throw from Guiglia. Ca' Rastelli is a breath of authenticity, in the natural setting of the Sassi di Rocca Malatina. The ridge on which the Ca' Rastelli farm stands is dotted with cultivations of fruit trees and plants (strawberries, cherries), small fruits and vegetables. In addition to these recently introduced crops, an old chestnut grove can also be found in a wooded area within the farm. Chestnuts and marroni, in fact, are typical products of the area around Zocca and the Modenese Apennines. The fruits of the earth not only constitute the raw material of the farm, but are also available for direct sale to the public, according to seasonality. The cuisine of the Ca' Rastelli agriturismo is an expression of the territory and the products of the farm, prepared according to the Emilian tradition and the care and authenticity of dishes of the past. The crescentine, breads and pastas are all strictly homemade, with the care and respect with which they were once prepared. Meats, cheeses and cold cuts are locally sourced, expressing the flavours of the territory. The vegetables and greens are those of the farm, proposed on the basis of seasonality. The agriturismo has rooms for your holidays or weekends. The rooms overlook the beautiful view of the Sassi della Roccamalatina and are completely surrounded by greenery, making your accommodation unique and unforgettable.
