On the Farm, guests are able to savour everything we produce, from dishes using PDO traditional Modena balsamic vinegar to extra virgin olive oil, from Grasparossa lambrusco made with our grapes to the famous “tigelle” muffins, and all the other specialities of Modena’s cuisine. The raw materials we do not produce ourselves are purchased, after careful selection, from other local farms.
