The menu changes frequently and follows nature's rhythm: hand-pulled pasta, vegetables picked in the morning, wild herbs, legumes, whole grains, eggs and selected cheeses; light and fragrant desserts. Alongside the classics of the territory we propose holistic and vegetarian experiences, with vegan and gluten-free options upon request. The dining room is intimate and bright, in summer we also dine in the garden with views of the hills; the wine cellar highlights the wines of Colli Bolognesi and a small selection of natural labels.
