Farmers for several generations, the Melioli family runs a farm of about 50 hectares, 26 of which are vineyards and the rest arable land. The head office is located in the municipality of Reggio Emila, in the locality of Sesso. All the cultivations are certified organic and to emphasise the care that the company has for the environment, a large renaturation area has been created, including a biodynamic wood and a wetland where fauna and flora can develop autonomously. This area can be visited thanks to a nature trail where clear signs explain the various flower essences and animal species that can be encountered along the way. The vineyards, some of which are quite ancient, are made up of the most traditional Lambrusco cultivars of our area (Marani, Salamino, Maestri and Oliva) that produce excellent wines that go well with our traditional cuisine.
