Relax in an old all-stone rural house, at about seven hundred metres above sea level, perfectly restored, with a panoramic view over the Val Marecchia, the medieval village of Petrella Guidi and the Sasso Simone e Simoncello park. The house features large lounges with fireplace, two kitchens, an ancient external oven available to guests, and offers comfortable bedrooms with bathroom, furnished with rustic period furniture, for a total of twelve sleeping places, at modest prices. The surroundings are of considerable naturalistic and artistic interest. Marked trails. Two communicating apartments of two and three rooms, living room with fireplace, one kitchen and a cooking point. Two rooms with bathroom, three with adjacent bathroom. Maximum total 12 sleeping places. They are equipped with: Television in both living rooms and in two rooms – dvd, Microwave oven, No telephone connection and Internet. Services available to guests: Use of washing machine € 10 per week, External wood-burning oven for bread, Small mobile barbecue. Small animals admitted with accessories (cat litter, dog bed...).
