It happened to us! At some point we decided it was time to leave the metropolis and, incredibly enough, within three months we revolutionized our lives. And here we are, sharing this corner of paradise with our guests! The renovation was a very creative moment, entirely ours, and all the material from the old house was recovered and selected literally "with our own hands", the effort was considerable, but the satisfaction... The thing we love most is seeing how our guests are amazed and impressed by the panorama and the structure because it often exceeds their expectations. We are sure you will love it too!!!
The Country House Il Biroccio is a 69-acre property nested is a spectacular and uncontaminated natural park - far from traffic, noise, and smog - surrounded by a breathtaking view of slopes and hills, home of a variety of wild species. The house is composed of 5 king-size and 5 apartaments nicely furnished in a rustic style with a small private jard. The aminities featured include an open pool overlooking the hills, barbecue, a cosy living room, mini bar and a small two-chimney restaurant with a variety of delicious culinary specialties to choose from. A play room and a wood house nested on a secular tree offer great fun for kids and adults alike. Other entertainment options include tekking, horse rides and mountain biking.
Within the structure there are 7 apartments of various sizes, including 2 annexes. GAZZA, VOLPE, SCOIATTOLO and the CAPRIOLO annex are for 2 people and consist of: living area, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom, private shaded and panoramic gazebo; from the second week of July to the third week of August only weekly bookings, Sunday to Sunday (CAPRIOLO Saturday/Saturday). LUPO and CINGHIALE are for 2+2 people (NO 4 adults) and consist of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, living area with kitchenette where there is a double sofa bed, private, shaded, panoramic and fenced gazebo; from the second week of July to the third week of August only weekly bookings, Saturday to Saturday. POIANA annex for 4+2 people, composed of: kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private outdoor space, shaded, panoramic and fenced; from the second week of July to the third week of August only weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday.

Weather permitting, the swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. For the New Year and Easter periods, we offer all-inclusive half-board packages with a minimum stay of 3 nights. For more information, please contact the facility. We welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds as long as they are well-behaved; however, we kindly ask you to notify the facility in advance. Upon reservation, we organize the following activities with qualified staff: horseback riding lessons, hiking excursions and guided rides on horseback, mountain-bike and e-bike tours, holistic massages, yoga and meditation sessions, and canoeing trips.
