Le Lame is located in San Vittore, on the hills between Tabiano and Salsomaggiore Terme, run as a family business. Twelve rooms, 23 beds, furnished in shabby chic style following renovation. The organic grain cultivated on the estate is milled on-site and transformed into pasta, tortelli, bread, and pizza. The wine is called 'La Fucina dei Folletti', made from BioAgricert certified grapes; honey comes from the farm's own beehives. The restaurant works exclusively with these homemade products.
