The rooms of the Ca ‘Nova del Tenente are respectful of the charm of the residences in the Emilian countryside, the atmosphere of the early days of our village. The implementation of these environments has been characterized by the reuse of building materials characteristic of the area, all tiled floors, the beams supporting the original view in the rooms on the second floor, the furniture in wood and wrought iron that trace the main lines of “Arte Povera”. All this without sacrificing the best possible comfort, with the discreet presence of air conditioning, TV, internet access, safe and in some room a sofa bed designed to increase the number of guests (ideal for families and groups). Each room has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, spacious rooms and the elevator allow maximum accessibility to people with walking problems.

LOCAL PRODUCTS All Ca’ Nova del Tenente products are prepared in the best place traditions, in a simple way and using genuine ingredients. Fruits, like vegetables, strictly seasonal, is manufactured by us and therefore you can find, depending on the time of the year, only certain types of products than others. Our welcome customers can buy products such as wine, fruit (apples, pears, plums, apricots, cherries, sour cherries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries), vegetables from our garden and fruit jams.
Ca ‘Nova del Tenente is in the heart of the Abbey of Monteveglio’s Regional Park, the smallest of the regional parks of Emilia Romagna, a stone’s throw from the city. A landscape consists of a mosaic of farmland, hedges and, abruptly interrupted by gullies, clay formations of ancient origin, all of which contain natural treasures, you can visit them during the bike tours organized on the spot. A landscape that is usually run into some of the many animals in the area, including: deer, wild boars, pheasants, partridges, squirrels, porcupines, hares and owls. Next to nature, the extraordinary historical places, as the remains Canossa Matilda’s castle of XI century, the Santa Maria’s Abbey, the palaces, the oratories and the old rural towns still surrounded by fields and vineyards.

Recommends this property Panorama fantastico, struttura nuova, pulita e ordinata, portate abbondanti e squisite, servizio veloce e molto di più che cordiale, meglio dire come tra vecchi amici, prezzi contenuti e prelibatezze fatte in casa anche da portarsi via. Certamente un posto da ricordare per qualche ora di relax, lontano dai rumori assordanti che ci assillano ogni giorno.

Recommends this property Travelling from North Italy to Tuscany this place is perfectly situated, both geographically (30 min from autostrada) and comfortable (house, food, owner). And for a fair price. After arriving we had a cool drink at the terrace with a view on the hills. Later that evening the owner made a italian diner for us. Tortellini, Parma & Bologna ham, fresh salads. She finished with a plate with three types of tortes. At the end she offered us coffee and cappuccino. The owner was very friendly and spoke french and german.
