Holiday-homes, secluded between the oasis of Collio, mountains, plains and sea - 25 Km. from Udine, 17 Km. from Gorizia, 56 Km. from Trieste, 44 Km from Grado, 147 Km from Villach (A) - The historic houses are 3: "Bell House" (XV century) 130 m² and 5 beds; "Fireplace’s House" (XVI century) 210 m² and 8 beds; "Arche’s House" (XVII century) 150 m² and 3 or 4 beds. They have vintage and elegant furniture, spacious and comfortable areas, suitable for the current comfort. On the back there is a big garden with swimming pool (mt. 13 X mt. 6) with a wide view in open countryside from the eastehills of Collio, to Julian Alps and Carso. Each house has individual entrance, private unguarded parking and guests can enjoy (free use) of sun beds, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool-tools and will also have free use of bikes, to do cycling routes nearby houses, to discover beautiful nature corners in Friuli Venezia Giulia. At disposal of guests: bedding-bath and kitchen linen (changed weekly), kitchen utensils and dishes, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, oven, microwave, toaster and “Tea-pot”. There are also equipment and curdles for small children. Marquise Carlo, with his staff, will be available for any historical information on dwellings and Region. In addition, on request and extra money, there is a shuttle service to and from the airport of Trieste-Ronchi dei Leg. (20 Km), a service of Personal Trainer on site and a tourist technician, who will give you any information or can prepare specific tourist tours, as it is your preference. Holiday-homes offer just the rent (no breakfast or meals), but across the street there are bars, restaurants and pizzerias or, in the nearby surroundings, there are some typical places, where you can taste the special regional food and wine! Services Countryside Holiday House

Our guests have at disposal private parking and the exclusive swimming-pool (13 mt. x 6 mt.), with loungers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and water equipment. Swimming-pool is located in the marvelous park of residences, with a fantastic view over the easte part of Oriental Collio and the Julian Alps. ("Collio" is an hill-place where is possible to make scenic tours by bicycle, by foot or by car and there are many traditional locals/pubs where you can eat local products and our good wine - we have a wine cellar too: we product our good "de Puppi" DOC red and white wine, and on request, we can go to visit it). Every houses have private entrance, private unattended parking and our guest have at disposal for free some bicycles to make nice tours nearby the houses (there are dedicated maps with suggestions to see amazing places surrounding the residences). We have not restaurant service, but just across the street you can find many bars, restaurants and traditional local places.

Friuli in every season offers many cultural events of various levels or folkloric events of various kinds depending on the calendar, all generally reachable by car in a short time. Always reachable in a short time are the sea, the mountains, the rivers (with all the sports inherent to these areas) and the villages and our historic art cities. Our excellent wines are tastable everywhere!
