In the enchanting village of Alta Tuscia in Capodimonte, an ancient family farmhouse nestled in the green and peaceful countryside of Tuscany and Lazio. The geographical position of Alta Tuscia, situated between Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio, between Lake Bolsena and the Tyrrhenian Sea, makes it a place where the culture and traditions of 3 regions blend perfectly.
From the careful restoration of the farmhouse, three independent apartments have been created with warm terracotta floors from the 1700s, period furniture that has been restored, and equipped with every modern comfort. Il Cerro and L'Olmo, located on the ground floor, feature a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine access. L'Olivo is a studio apartment with a double bed and the possibility of adding a third bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
