The charming Farm House Vigna Luisa, located in the famous area of the Castelli Romani,is a wide property of 13 hectares with a vineyard and many old olive trees, all biologically cultivated. The farmhouse is composed of two mansions divided up into four apartments. Vigna Luisa 1 is composed by two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and an equipped kitchen. The beautiful verandah opens up to a sunny and quiet garden surrounded by oleanders and many aromatic plants. It hosts four persons. Vigna Luisa 2 is composed of a double bedroom and a room with two single beds, each one with his own bathroom. The large living room with a fireplace is lightened by wide window-doors that open onto the verandah, the vineyard and the surrounding garden; it includes a small kitchen. It hosts four persons. Vigna Luisa 3 is an apartment composed by a double bedroom with a fireplace, a bathroom and a large living room with a cooking corner. The beautiful verandah stands above the valley, and look over the enchanting panorama that spreads as far as the sea. It hosts two persons. Vigna Luisa 4 is developed on two floors: on the first floor there is a small living room with a wonderful view over the valley, a kitchen and a bathroom; the second floor is composed by a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and two bathrooms. The beautiful external staircase goes down to the outdoor ground space surrounded by a pinewood, and to the vineyard and the valley. It hosts four persons. The two houses stand above a wide land with a vineyard and many old olive trees, all biologically cultivated. The scenario of a vast valley and beyond it the view of the sea until the islands of Ponza and Palmarola, gives to the glance an enchanting panorama.
