The agritourism, located in the municipality of Frascati, a renowned centre of the Castelli Romani, is situated on the slopes that slope gently towards Rome and from it you can enjoy a splendid view of the Capital, from which it is less than 10 km away; it is near the Monteporzio Catone exit, on the A1 motorway, in the Rome-Naples direction. The structure consists of a farm, extending over more than four hectares, where grapes destined for Frascati d. o. c., olive oil and seasonal vegetables are produced, and an agritourism business that offers hospitality and catering services in an elegant villa, formerly the seat of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Charles of Lyon, from which one can dominate the marvellous and incomparable landscape of the Castelli and the Roman countryside. The De Santis family, took over the property a few years ago, and after careful and accurate adaptation to the new use, in order to allow full enjoyment for the disabled, in May 2010, they inaugurated a structure of excellence for the quality of services offered to their guests. The villa is on four levels, with the basement floor housing the restaurant hall, with related services, the kitchen, the grotto-cellar, the chapel and a bedroom; on the ground floor are the reception, office, services, bar, reading room and three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with all the comforts needed for use by persons with disabilities. Six bedrooms are located on the first floor and a further four are on the second floor; all the rooms, which are individually air-conditioned, are very spacious, have access to their own balcony and have en-suite bathrooms, guaranteeing guests absolute relaxation and privacy. The villa, located in the centre of the estate, is immersed in a park of tall trees and overlooks a luxuriant garden, cared for in every detail, where guests can relax and rejuvenate, despite being a short distance from Rome.
