The agriturismo and the organic farm, certified by ICEA Lazio, are located just 40 minutes from Rome, within the Bracciano and Martignano Regional Park, on the shores of Lake Martignano, aptly named 'The Pearl of the Sabatini' and considered one of the most beautiful and cleanest lakes in Italy, due to the complete absence of urbanisation, and is completely swimmable. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a day in peace with your family or friends, your wish will surely be granted, you have chosen the right place! The flats for rent are located just under 200 metres from the shores of the lake, which can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The building dates back to the early 1900s and has been pleasantly renovated and equipped. You can comfortably linger over the view of the lake from your own little garden or otherwise venture out to discover the beauty of the surroundings and experience something out of the ordinary. Our offer of hospitality also includes the possibility of staying in our splendid, unique agricamping located on the shores of the lake just a few metres from the shore. Supermarkets, shops and anything else you may need are just a few kilometres away. In the surrounding area there are many interesting places to visit and things to do, but of the many, there is one above all: ROME. The capital can be easily reached by car (40 minutes) or by a convenient, fast train departing from Anguillara sabazia (7 km) with the terminus at Ostiense and intermediate stops at Trastevere and S. Pietro. All our flats are non-smoking and finely furnished with furniture and objects, including antiques. They have a kitchenette and are rented with complete supplies. Each flat has its own, small but pleasant, garden with a view of the lake furnished with a wooden garden table, bench and sun loungers. Sun loungers are also available in summer. A barbecue shared by all flats is available free of charge, and included in the price is, for guests staying in the flats only, access to the well-equipped area located on the lakeshore and easily accessible on foot from the flats. Please note that the lake is completely safe for swimming. We have 2 two-room apartments, one of which is accessible to disabled persons, and a one-room apartment, all for a maximum of 4 persons. The service is overnight only. The two-room apartments have a small living room with a kitchenette and a two-seater sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while the one-room apartment, which is large enough for the four guests it can contain, encloses the bed and living room in one comfortable room. Our flats are equipped with independent heating and uncovered parking.
