Typical Cuisine Vegetarian Dishes

We transform the genuine products from the garden into original dishes where the recipes are traditional but our way of interpreting them is new. We serve breakfast with jams and sweets strictly made in-house.

The restaurant at Villa Prato is an authentic expression of the agricultural cuisine of the Sperlonga area. The property is set within a farm of about two hectares cultivated with vegetables and fruit, offering dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients picked directly from the agriturismo’s garden.

The cuisine follows local tradition, reinterpreted in a simple and genuine way: garden produce is transformed into homemade recipes that enhance Mediterranean flavors. The menu also includes dishes inspired by both the sea and land traditions of Lazio, with special attention to the quality and authenticity of the ingredients.

Meals are often served in a highly scenic setting, either on the panoramic veranda or in the garden of the farmhouse, offering relaxing views over the hill and surrounding countryside. Breakfast is also an important part of the experience, featuring homemade jams, cakes and artisanal preparations.

In short, the restaurant at Villa Prato offers a simple yet refined gastronomic experience, deeply connected to the land, seasonality and rural traditions of the Sperlonga area, just a few minutes from the sea.

Nel complesso non male ma avrei preferito avere più informazioni riguardo il menù per avere un'idea di cosa avrei mangiato la sera.

Great house and beautiful garden! Paola was a wonderful host, she made me feel very at home. She cooks delicious food! And she cared for me as a solo female traveler, asking me to write her when I was in my next hotel, so kind!
