Our Bed & Breakfast is an oasis of peace immersed in the green hills one hour from Rome and Naples and 20 minutes from the sea at Sabaudia, S. Felice Circeo and Terracina. It is located inside a beautiful four-family villa. It is structured on two levels and consists of 3 rooms for a total of 6 beds. On the ground floor there is a large, bright living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, television, a large library and numerous board games for adults, as well as storybooks and toys for children, while the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa. The swimming pool and nearby gazebo are available to guests, and swimming costumes, mats and beach towels can be provided free of charge if requested. Our guests can also relax in the villa's beautifully landscaped gardens, full of flowers and plants, equipped with garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs, barbecue, bicycles, etc.. We can provide guests with all the information they need to easily reach their accommodation and the most useful information for their stay and visit to the city, including telephone numbers to contact in case of need. Before the guest's arrival we make sure that the room is tidy and clean, checking the functionality of the electrical, heating, hot water, sanitary fittings and everything else that will make their stay comfortable. It is important that guests feel at ease from their first contact with the host family, so you will find courtesy and helpfulness from us, as we are able to deal promptly and professionally with any inconveniences and unforeseen events that may arise. The type of breakfast foreseen and contemplated by the regional norm is the "continental" type, served directly at the table (consisting of slices of bread, rusks, brioche, jam, marmalade, butter, coffee-milk, orange juice). In our B & B we are happy to accommodate small pets, with the obligation for owners, in the presence of other guests, to provide for their containment and regulation of their free movement.
