The farm covers 7 hectares and is located in Sacramento, 7 km from Sabaudia. The Circeo National Park (1.5 km) and the sea (1 km) can be reached via a convenient bicycle path located near the flats. In some periods of the year it is also possible to taste the farm's fruit and vegetable products.
The property offers four apartments, accommodating two to four people each, featuring a large courtyard, children's playground, parking space, air conditioning, and barbecue. Rental rates include electricity, water, and gas consumption, linens (for both bedrooms and kitchen), and all necessary kitchenette equipment. Heating and air conditioning usage are excluded and will be charged based on consumption, payable directly at the property at the end of the stay. During high season, the minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday (check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM). In low season, the apartments can be rented for shorter periods, including single nights upon request. In such cases, prices will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
