At the foothills of the Monti Cimini, 500 metres above sea level, the family cultivates olives and seasonal vegetables and produces their own oil. Three kilometres separate the villa from Viterbo's city centre, five from the thermal springs. From the rooms and the evergreen park, your gaze stretches all the way to the coast: Civitavecchia, the Monti della Tolfa, and on clear days Monte Argentario. The swimming pool sits at the edge of the olive grove.
Three independent apartments are available: a panoramic apartment for 4 people with living room and kitchenette, an apartment in the villa also for 4 with a double sofa bed and small kitchen, a poolside apartment with two double bedrooms and private bathroom for 5 people. There are also two rooms with bathroom, one single and one double, in the villa where the owners also reside.
